This Arabica coffee comes from Minas Gerais, one of Brazil’s most traditional coffee regions. Gentle hills, a balanced climate and rich biodiversity create ideal conditions for slowly ripening coffee cherries.

In the cup it shows an elegant caramel sweetness, accompanied by notes of ripe dried fruit such as fig and plum. Round, soft and profound – without ever feeling heavy.
